How can I place an order at Nebelduft?


Nebelduft is an online incense manufacturer, therefore I ask you to order online.

You can put the desired items in the shopping cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart".

To find out more about a certain product, click on "More info ..."

To submit your order, click on the button "Check out" at the bottom of your shopping cart. Then enter the required data, and follow the further instructions displayed.

Please enter your correct e-mail address, as all order-related emails will be sent there. Otherwise I can not get in touch with you, should there be issues with your order.



Can I also order by telephone?


In exceptional cases that is possible. If you are a new customer, I will create an account for you and send the login details via e-mail, so you have access to it in the future.

To avoid exceeding effort, I want to ask you to place every order online and to order by phone as exception only. For instance if you like to add or change something regarding an order already placed.

 



I would like to add something to my order already placed, and now?

No problem as long as your order is not already executed and packed, additions can be made. Therefore please call me (+49-731-96919066) or send an E-mail to Anfrage@nebelduft.de.

Afterwards I will send you the adjusted invoice including bank transfer data per e-mail.

It is no longer possible to make any changes when everything is packed and awaits shipping. In this case, it would be necessary to place a new order.
     


How long will it take to get my order?


All items bearing the Nebelduft seal will be handcrafted fresh for you as soon as I have received your payment.

Depending on the type and quantity of your order, production and processing takes up to four business days.

So your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment.

The following timelines are an approximate guide to how long you should expect for your order to reach you:

Standard delivery Europe 4-10 working days
Premium delivery Europe 3-9 working days  

Standard delivery US & Canada 15-30 working days
Premium delivery US & Canada 10-15 working days

Rest of the World 20-30 working days


 

Is delivery by express shipping possible?

 

Unfortunately not. As stated above most articles are handcrafted, meaning they are not prefabricated in stock.

As I have orders to process every day and the manufacturing of most items is rather laborious, I am regrettably unable to offer this option.


How can I redeem my voucher?

That is quite simple. Go to your Shopping Cart by clicking the red button "Shopping Cart" on the right, under "Vouchers" you can then enter your code. Click "Add" and it is activated for the actual order.

My office hours are:

Mon. - Thu.: 11:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
Fr.: 11:00 a.m- 2:00 p.m

While I am working on items for customers, availability by phone is only limited. If this should be the case, please send me an e-mail.

E-mails will usually be responded to within 24 hours. You will find the contact form in the "Information" box on the right side, under "Contact".


Can I pay on account?


No, I do not offer this payment option. Possible options are payment in advance, or cash if you like to pick up your goods personally (in Hallschlag).  



I am a reseller, do you have special merchant conditions?
     
No, I only supply end customers, so there are no special conditions for resellers.



Do you also have a brick-and-mortar store?
     
No, Nebelduft is a pure online store, so it is not possible for me to receive customers.
